For the sake of their classmates and teachers, students must not come to school when they feel unwell. Please have them see the doctor, or stay home until they are well enough to return.

A student should never have medication (prescription or over-the-counter medicine) with him at school. If he needs to take medication during school hours, report these details to nurse@cbhs.org with a completed authorization form for prescribed medication. The nurse will administer medications as needed.

For students with significant allergies, diabetes, asthma, and/or who experience seizures, please email the nurse with your action plan in the event an emergency arises on campus.
