Lacrosse - Varsity

The 2021 Christian Brothers Memphis program will be lead by a strong and experienced attack unit. William Simonton (2022), Reese Sellers (2021), and Nick Quarles (2021) have logged an extensive about of varsity minutes and are prepared for a larger role in defining the offensive mentality. A four-Year starter, Braden Acuff (2021), will anchor an inexperienced but athletic midfield, highlighted by dual-sport athletes, Ryan Hall (2023), Jack McLaughlin (2023), and Ethan Soefker (2022). Senior Defensive Midfielder, Ty Wilson (2021) is expected to play a significant part in the transition game, while Wynn Kassen (2021) and Eddie Perez (2023) should be very impactful from the long-pole position. Face-offs will feature Nick Dlabach (2022), Henry Gates (2022), Burke Wade (2024) and John Goodwin (2024) taking draws. The defense is highlighted by an outstanding young goaltender in Ben Wills (2023), who will have a physical set of defensemen in front of him. Sam Wallace (2022), Willy Huffman (2021), Dudley Knowlton (2022), and Grant Herring (2021) all play with a very contact heavy style. The Brothers, as always, will be playing a fast and exciting brand of lacrosse.
