Athletic Performance

At Christian Brothers High School, athletics forges character, builds brotherhood, and develops leaders who excel both on and off the field. With 70% of our students participating in at least one sport, our Athletic Performance programs support 16 different sport offerings at the Freshman, JV, and Varsity levels.

From the weight room to the classroom, from community service projects to championship celebrations, our student-athletes learn that victory extends beyond scoreboards and become the kind of men who make a lasting impact wherever life takes them.

Athletic Performance Courses

Our students are still growing physically and in their character, and they come in eager to listen and learn everyday. Our Brothers' Boys push each other through every rep, every practice, and every season. These shared experiences, that accountability, that's where real Brotherhood is forged. When you're struggling and your Brother is right there pushing you to finish strong. Those lessons, they don't stay in the weight room. They show up on the field, in the classroom, and for the rest of their lives.Cody Coley Director of Athletic Performance
