Christian Brothers College High School is twinned with Saint Paul's Secondary School in Marsabit, Kenya. Saint Paul's is a boarding school for boys. It, like CBC, is a Lasallian school. Bi-monthly mission collections allow the student's at Saint Paul's to afford some of the educational opportunities enjoyed by the students at CBC. The mission of Saint Paul's it to train leaders from among the northern pastoral tribes of Kenya which include  the Samburu, Turkana, Rendille, Boran, Gabra, Merille and El Molo.
