  Put the username you use to login to the computers at CBHS
  Put the password you use to login at CBHS (the password is case sensitive)
  In the domain blank, put CBHS
   

• If you have two lines in the login box...

  Put cbhs\username where username is the one you use to login at cbhs
  Put your CBHS password in the password blank (the password is case sensitive)
