The Frank Horton Invitational will be run jointly with the Rhodes College Invitational. The two events together (over 600 athletes in 5 races) on the newly designed and spectator friendly course will provide a great opportunity for athletes, coaches, and parents to experience Cross Country in the unique atmosphere of a large competitive meet. Each of the varsity races will be chip timed.

RACE TIMES:

8:00 a.m. - Frank Horton Invitational High School JV Race (combined) - 5k

8:30 a.m. - Frank Horton Invitational High School Girls Race - 5k

9:00 a.m. - Frank Horton Invitational High School Boys Race - 5k

9:30 a.m. - Rhodes College Invitational Women's Race - 6k

10:15 a.m. - Rhodes College Invitational Men's Race - 8k

THE COURSE:

Plough Park is located off Walnut Grove Road, between I-240 and Germantown Road. The Course is on the Mullins Station Road entrance. Mostly grass with rolling hills and section of dirt trails. Wide open except for the dirt trails. Course is measured to 5K on the nose with time clocks at every mile marker.
