Mathematics Department Minimize
The Mathematics curriculum at CBHS offers courses from Algebra to Advanced Placement Calculus. Multiple levels of most courses are offered, and students are placed in the appropriate level according to their ability.  The Mathematics Department works closely with the Science Department to ensure that the mathematical concepts learned can be applied to science.

Honors Algebra I - 511
The course stresses both the structure of algebra and the development of problem-solving skills. Factoring, polynomials, radicals, quadratic and linear functions are extensively treated. A simple introduction to trigonometry is included.
